💸 VidioMeet – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of VidioMeet software licenses.

1. Refunds Considered Within 7 Days

VidioMeet is provided as digital, self-hosted software. Refunds may be considered when requested within 7 days of purchase, in limited circumstances.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Non-delivery — software or license was not delivered
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase
  • Technical failure — failure to deliver due to a technical error on our side

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

Please include:

  • Purchase details
  • Reason for the request

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refunds Processed by Merchant of Record

Approved refunds are processed by the Merchant of Record and returned to the original payment method. VidioMeet does not issue refunds directly.
