VidioMeet does not receive analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking data from your self-hosted deployment.

Specifically:

  • All data remains under the customer’s exclusive control
  • Data is stored and managed entirely in the customer’s own environment
  • We have no access to customer data unless explicitly authorized for support purposes

The customer is solely responsible for data security, backups, retention, deletion, and compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws within their deployment.

VidioMeet acts neither as a data controller nor data processor for data handled within customer deployments.
